Introduction

Boč is a beautiful nature park in Slovenia. Rare plants grow on the mountain meadows. For years, park manager Simona complains about the damage caused by visitors. She communicates and communicates. She makes leaflets and publications. She lectures and speeches. All in vain. But then she starts communicating strategically and starts getting results.
